DigoApp is a mobile app used by Orange sales representatives to:
manage their relationship with third-party points of sale that sell their products. E.g.: phone shops that offer Orange prepaid cards
manage their sales promotion work, which involves attracting new stores to sell their products
Contexto
The app, launched in 2015, had been built without taking the user’s perspective into account. It had evolved by adding different features to those it originally had. The additions had been made without considering their relevance, resulting in poor architecture and a complex user experience.

Objectives
